Marseniopsis conica
Marseniopsis conica is found throughout
Antarctica, the Antarctic Peninsula, and Macquarie Island from 18 to at least
270 meters depth [1,3]. M. conica is readily
distinguished by a polygonal bumpy outline on its mantle and its
reddish brown coloration [1].
Lamellarian
species feed on ascidians and sponges [2].
